Tuition Agreement

  1. We depend on your goodwill created by our efforts to
    provide the highest quality gymnastics teaching for the total
    student, in the best environment. We are privately owned, we do not
    receive any tax or charity fund support.
  2. Tuition is due the first class of each month.
    There will be a late charge of $10.00 after the first week.
  3. The Gym will observe five Holidays: Labor Day,
    Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and the Fourth of July. These Holidays
    have been prorated in the tuition.
  4. Private lessons are $40.00 for 30 minutes or $80.00 for 60 minutes.
  5. N.S.F. Checks have a service charge of $25.00 per
    return. The bank charges us a service charge for these checks.
  6. We are glad to schedule for missed classes, with
    reasonable excuses as follows: at your convenience, as the schedule
    allows, and in the current month. No monetary refunds or discounts for
    missed classes. It is your responsibility to make up time.
  • Gymnasts are required to follow gym rules for
    safety and discipline. Failure to do so may mean disciplinary action up to
    and including suspension.
  • Please read these rules. The first monthly payments
    mean agreement and knowledge of these rules and information.

Gym Rules

  1. Proper attire must be worn at all times, leotards for
    girls, shorts, and T-shirt for boys; bare feet or gym shoes. NO zippers,
    buttons, or belts; NO JEWELRY, please.
  2. Long hair must be properly pulled back off the
    shoulders.
  3. No food, drinks, or gum in the gym.
  4. Warm-ups are an essential part of the program and
    prevent injuries. Please do not miss them.
  5. Children observing classes are very welcome. Please
    keep them under control so they will not disrupt the classes and cause
    safety problems.
  6. All gymnasts will follow safety rules and regulations.

These gymnastics classes are for the benefit of your children. We need your support if we are to teach your children safe gymnastics skills, confidence, and self-discipline. If you have any questions concerning your child and the program, we will be very glad to arrange a meeting and talk about your concerns.
